2015 · Amaya Domus is founded
It all starts with a different approach to real estate.
Amaya Domus is founded in 2015 Amaya Domus Inmobiliaria, with our first office in Playa de San Juan.
From the outset, we chose a more thoughtful and modern approach: professional photography, marketing, a new way to showcase properties and, above all, friendly, personalised service for owners and customers.
Over the years, we grew and established a stronger presence in Alicante, especially in Playa de San Juan and PAU 5, helping our clients sell, buy and rent properties.
But the market was changing too.
Renting needed something more
Finding a good tenant was no longer enough.
Our experience helped us identify an increasingly clear need among property owners.
Letting a property once meant finding suitable tenants, preparing contracts, collecting rent, handling problems and repairs, following up on everything and worrying about potential non-payment.
We realised owners needed more than just help renting out their property. They needed the freedom not to worry about it.
And that need is how Total Rent began.

2021 · Total Rent is founded
From traditional renting to full property management.
Total Rent is founded in 2021 Total Rent as a brand specialising in full rental management, with a clear promise: we take care of the day-to-day running of the property so the owner can have peace of mind.
We select tenants, prepare the paperwork and manage issues throughout the tenancy. Every owner also has a dedicated property manager and legal advice.
And we added one of Total Rent's defining features:
rent is guaranteed and paid into the owner's account on the fifth of every month, regardless of whether the tenant has paid or not.
Letting a property became more than a property transaction: it became an ongoing management and support service throughout the relationship with the tenant.

2023 · Amaya Domus establishes itself in PAU 5
An estate agency with a growing presence in one of Alicante's most sought-after areas.
In 2023, Amaya Domus establishes itself as a real estate agency in PAU 5, strengthening its presence in one of Alicante's most promising areas.
That growth came from consistent hard work, in-depth local knowledge and a personal approach to supporting owners, buyers and investors.
We continue to grow in sales, purchases and lettings, strengthening our position in Playa de San Juan and PAU 5.

2024 · We begin marketing new developments
A new area of expertise to keep growing and supporting new projects.
In 2024, we begin marketing new developments, expanding our services and gaining experience in newly built residential developments.
This step enabled us to take a more strategic approach to property developments, paying close attention to presentation, lead generation and customer relationships.
It was a natural step in the brand’s growth and an important boost for the next chapter.

In 2026, we take the next step: Amaya Domus’s experience and track record become part of Total Rent.
We aren't starting from scratch. Quite the opposite.
We bring together more than a decade of experience, in-depth knowledge of the Alicante and Playa de San Juan property markets, and an approach built on personal service, professionalism and support.
Today, under Total Rent, we bring together guaranteed rent and full management, property sales, purchases and other real estate services, with the same team and an organisation ready to assist clients at every stage of their property's life.
